New Delhi, January 1, 2026: Commercial LPG cylinder prices in India have been increased by Rs 111 with immediate effect, impacting businesses such as hotels, restaurants, and catering services at the start of the new year.
Following the revision by oil marketing companies, the retail price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi now stands at Rs 1,691.50. Additionally, the price of 5 kg Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinders has risen by Rs 27.
Household consumers can breathe a sigh of relief as domestic LPG cylinder rates remain unchanged, ensuring no extra burden on family budgets for cooking gas.
This hike in commercial LPG prices is likely to raise operational costs for eateries and small businesses where fuel is a significant expense.
The new rates are effective from January 1, 2026, and will continue until the next revision.
