A terrifying incident occurred at Nimati Ghat in Jorhat, as a car fell into the Brahmaputra river from a passenger ferry traveling to Majuli on Tuesday. Passengers standing on the bank witnessed the shocking incident, which occurred as the car was being loaded onto the ferry.
Fortunately, the car was later retrieved from the river. According to initial reports, no one was injured in the incident.
