Qualification: Class-X/HSLC passed from a Government recognized Institute.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

a) Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
b) Age: Candidate should not be more than 38 years and less than 18 years of age as on 1 January, 2023 (Candidate must be born on or before 01-01-2005 and on or after 01-01-1985) subject to Govt. notification from time to time. However, the candidates who applied earlier in response
to Pollution Control Board, Assam’s Notification No. WB/G-1620/2019-20/250 Dated Guwahati, the 08th September, 2020 the date of upper age limit would remain unchanged as notified in the said notification. Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable subject to Govt. notification from time to time as under.
i) 05 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H).
ii) 03 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
The age of the candidates will be on the basis of the HSLC or equivalent examination Pass Certificate issued by recognized Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents.
