ELIGIBILITY :
- The candidates must have served not less than 7 years of service in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judges in Assam out of which at least 3 years continuous service must be as U.D. Assistant. The candidates having the experience of working in the Benches of the establishment of District & Sessions Judges shall get the preference.

- 1. Intending candidates shall submit their applications through proper channel to “The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Hojai, District Judicial Court Complex, Sankardev Nagar, Hojai, Assam, PIN-782442” either personally or through post.
- The submitted applications must be accompanied by- (i) Three recent colored be passport size photographs of the applicant (ii) Experience Certificate issued by the respective District & Sessions Judge (ii) Self attested copies of all the testimonials in support of their educational qualification, experience and caste, (iv) Copy of Service Book, (v) Copies of ACRS of last five (05) preceding years and (vi) Email ID and Contact number of the applicant.
- 3. The candidate must write “Application for the post of ——– (name of the post for which the candidate would applied for)” on the top of the envelop accompanying the application.
