Assam Career | Applications are invited from intending eligible candidates for filling up the vacant sanctioned post mentioned below in the Establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, Assam.

• The intending candidates shall submit their applications in Standard Form
  published in the Assam Gazette in Part IX and accompanied by the following
  (i) Seif attested three copies of recent passport size coloured photographs.
  (ii) Self attested photo copies of all relevant testimonials in support of age,
  educational qualification etc.
  (iii) Photocopies of ACR of last five years and photocopy of Service Book.
  (iv) Experience Certificate and No Objection Certificate issued by respective Chief
  Judicial Magistrate.
• The candidates should mention their contact number and valid e-mail id (if any) in the application.
• The candidates should submit their application through proper channel.
• The envelope containing the application should clearly mention the name of the post in block letters.
• The duly filled up application along with all testimonials may be sent by post addressed to “The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, D.C. Court Building, RS. & P.O.- Dhubri, Pin- 783301” or may be dropped personally at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri.
• Application should reach the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri during office hours on or before 30/06/2023 till 05:00 PM.
• Applications received after the scheduled date in any mode shall not be accepted.
• The authority shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
• Application received late or without proper testimonial or un-signed or without photograph or in-complete in any respect will be summarily rejected without any notice
• Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate for the post.
• The eligibility and criteria for selection shall be as per provision of Rule 6(1) of “The Assam Chief Judicial Magistrate (Ministerial) Establishment Service Rules, 1987”.
• The eligible candidates shall have to appear in interview/viva voce at their own expenses. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the interview/viva voce.

• No individual call letter for interview/viva voce will be issued to the candidates.
• The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter the advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement.
